Wizard Of Oz Anniversary Clock With Dome-PARTIALLY WORKS PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION. In good partially working condition. The bottom spinner works but the clock mechanism doesn't work. All of the battery connections are clean, so I think it needs a new clock mechanism. No chips or cracks. Please see attached photos.
